Phalaenopsis Mannii, also known as Mann's Phalaenopsis, is a miniature orchid native to the tropical and subtropical areas, such as eastern Indian Himalayas, Assam, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, and Vietnam. It likes immediate-warm temperatures.
When it blooms, Phalaenopsis Mannii produces yellow flowers with dark brown patches. What's special about our Phalaenopsis Mannii 'Black'? Ours have BLACK dots on flowers, which gives strong contrast and looks like a honey bee.
Mann's Phalaenopsis grows in the lower part of humid broadleaf evergreen, thus it requires a very little light level and likes shady areas. It also needs abundant and frequent watering, especially during the summer months. A humidity of 85-90% is recommended.
